VIA Frontiers was founded by Peak Performance Consultant, Trainer and Coach, Sylvia Fernandes in Sydney in 2002 and relocated to Singapore in 2007. Over more than two decades, it has helped organisations install high-performance cultures while deepening employee engagement. This has created organisations with a culture of self-management and employees who are driven by a sense of purpose.
